Playtech Bingo has also created a dedicated development unit whereby our developers and project teams are on hand to develop tailor made products and games content either for individual licensees or for the wider network. Examples of this include The Chase, developed specifically for Gala Bingo, or Cash Cubes, an in-house game designed by the dedicated unit which has gone on to generate record results across our bingo network.

Our Omni-channel solution covers every channel including online, mobile and retail. Our retail footprint is rapidly growing with a large majority of UK and Ireland bingo halls, for example, using the ECM System (a company we acquired in 2016) platform and systems which is instrumental to the daily operation of retail bingo. Its systems provide key facilities for main stage bingo, cash bingo, wide area linked gaming operations and front-of-house reporting. A complete customer support facility also provides technical and repair services for all current and legacy products including thousands of terminals and handheld Electronic Bingo Terminals (EBTs). Not only that, we also provide retail operations with content software that enables them to offer games across their terminal and handheld estate as well as more than 600 slot games – the largest of its kind in the industry.

Our comprehensive range of products and services also extends to managing as much of an operation as our customers require. Our ‘end-to-end’ offering means we can manage as much or as little of a licensee’s operation as they wish. Our end-to-end team of bingo marketing experts can offer all and any variety of marketing services from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to VIP player management, while our bingo network chat moderators are on hand to keep our licensees’ players engaged and happy 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

All Playtech Bingo products are supported by our award-winning business intelligence driven IMS platform which enables out licensees to manage and control each, and every operation, transaction and bonus complete with data analysis and player segmentation tools.
