Playtech has been announced as the winner of the Casino Platform Supplier Award at the EGR Italy Awards 2018, recognising the quality, performance and innovation behind the company’s industry-leading platform.
The EGR Italy Awards honour Italy's leading online gaming operators and service providers, celebrating excellence within the industry over the past 12 months. Playtech is the first recipient of the Casino Platform Supplier Award, introduced for the 2018 ceremony. The award honours innovation in platform technology, plus the integration, scalability, stability and flexibility of that technology. The judging criteria pays particular attention to commercial success and a focus on understanding customer needs.
Key innovations of the last year highlighted in Playtech’s submission include the development of the Playtech Engagement Platform – a 360° player engagement and communication toolset, designed to deliver a customised end-to-end player journey. The integration of BetBuddy, industry-leading Responsible Gambling technology, into Playtech’s IMS platform was also emphasised as a major development.
