About the Role
/ Operations Coordinator required to be based at our Camden Town offices, to
join our Online Bingo Operations Support Management team. You will have strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people, from
promotions teams, chat moderators, account managers and consultants.
main purpose of this role is to support the Network Marketing Manager with any
operational and product query they have in order for them to optimise the
performance of their site.
role will give you the opportunity to play an important role with the worlds
biggest bingo supplier with a fantastic opportunity to improve and learn new
skills. This role can progress within the wider group with vast opportunities
for training and development.
- Work with the Network
Marketing Manager to create requested networked bingo games and schedules.
- Complete game schedules
accurately and on time
- Ensure games schedules are
complete at all times for a rolling 6-week period.
- Perform any game analysis as
requested by Network Marketing Manager
- Compile competitor updates
and any information required on request from Network Marketing Manager
- Manage the email@example.com mailbox
- This mailbox will be managed
by the support team and will serve to answer all queries or requests from
- Promotional set-ups
- Games creation
- Bulk uploads
- Product functionality
- The coordinator will seek to
answer queries directly or liaise with the relevant person or teams to
find answers and solutions.
- Maintain and manage internal
and external BOS accounts
- Manage and support BOS
queries from clients and internal users
- Assist with development
enhancements for additional roles to be added to privileges
- Maintain up to date
information on organisational site limits
Duties to cover absences of staff, workload
permitting and on approval of line managers.
