The Company was notified on 11th June 2009 that together Morgan Stanley & Co International Plc and Morgan Stanley Securities Limited have a notifiable interest in 10,377,107 ordinary shares in the Company which comprises 4.34% of the issued share capital of the Company, on the basis of an issued share capital of 238,998,167 ordinary shares of no par value.
